Vendor Information & Policies
- This event is held outdoors on grass.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.
- All tents must be properly secured with stakes and/or straps and will be inspected by Tolland County Agricultural Center (TAC) staff prior to the event opening.
- Each booth space measures 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Vendors requiring additional space must purchase multiple booth spaces.
- Vendors only qualify as “Farmer” Exhibitors if the primary product offered for sale is grown, raised, or produced from agricultural products originating in the State of Connecticut.
- Value-added products derived from Connecticut-grown or Connecticut-raised agricultural products (such as soap made from milk produced by the exhibitor’s livestock) qualify. Products made from commercially purchased or non-agricultural materials do not qualify.
- Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry General Liability Insurance and Food Vendors are required to pull any and all permits required.
- Booth assignments will be made in the order that completed applications and payments are received. Every effort will be made to place vendors in visible locations and to avoid grouping vendors offering similar items.
- This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
- Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. Vendors should bring their own carts or dollies for unloading and teardown, if needed.
- All vehicles must be removed from the midway by 9:45 a.m.
- To prevent fraudulent participation, vendors must present their confirmation email at check-in before setting up.
- The Tolland County Agricultural Center is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property or valuables.
